The study of Ismael Mérida Arquitecto was born with a clear philosophy, uniting the client's dream with reality through a common thread that is the design architecture. But to make our clients' dreams come true, it is not possible to do so if we do not join the idea of interior design concepts with Feng Shui and the best professionals and materials. That's why in the office We have as a slogan or objective "to understand the dream of our clients and to create Architecture" and we create architecture from concepts but using the technology and the latest materials, that is why our projects give a special light and do not leave indifferent.
Marbella is our location, center of the Costa del Sol which has as advantage a privileged location and climate. From there we serve projects from all over the world being able to explain what we do with dozens of finished projects near our offices.
Our unique architecture provides solutions to all types of projects such as the development of multi-family dwellings or large projects but also in the development of more personal projects such as the architecture of single-family or author houses.

The architectural ISMAEL MÉRIDA ARQUITECTOS was established in 1996 by Ismael Merida, architect graduated from the University of Seville, with its headquarters in Marbella (Málaga)
It has a multidisciplinary team, which includes all areas of architecture.
It operates mainly in the Costa del Sol, and has projects spread across the Spanish geography, Lisbon, Casablanca, Tangier, Dominican Republic ....
16 homes divided into three blocks make up the concept of this new project that we carry out. The houses are developed on the ground floor and first, with a common basement for garage.
Large windows. Very contemporary design, gardens and private pool on deck for some homes. They also have a private gym.
The terraces, organic and curved waves will link the whole, being the powerful buildings and high impact, and the light and agile terraces, leaving the ground floor as a large single base, which gives the base to the whole.
All this happens in the urban nucleus of Estepona
Modernizing and updating a single-family home built in 1960 is the order received in this project. Without touching the interior layout, except for small details of the living room and the inclusion of a double height, we extended the exterior of the house. Large porches and terraces manage to update the design. A long infinity pool with solarium contrast and balance the garden facade.
