The urbanization has 25 buildings distributed between green areas connected to each other, through gardens and swimming pools, creating a model of garden city life: enjoying the green areas from the moment we access the complex and connecting all the ends of each plot, and with the minimum impact of the car, as there will be no interior roads. A set of small green spaces does not contribute the same, as the sum of those spaces connected to each other, creating a single and spongy garden, which in the end will become the symbol and infographic of urbanization: organic curves against the rigidity of the building: it brightens the whole and beautifies it.
