The arrival at the house is tangential to the plot. The route allows us to apprehend the dwelling from its north façade, which is much more hermetic than the south and east façades. The entrance is marked by a small organic wink on the first floor that serves as a shelter. Once through the threshold, the entrance allows a clear understanding of the house with a clear differentiation between public and private areas. The staircase divides the space towards the double-height living room and the open-plan kitchen. The openness of the house is total in its southern enclosure which allows for a very complete indoor/outdoor experience. The deck and pool area is conceived as a semi-protected area with a pergola structure that is also repeated on the second floor. The outdoor space, as in many of our projects, is conceived as the most important part of the house.
