The house is on two floors, taking advantage of the slope of the land. The rooms are arranged starting on the upper street with a pedestrian access to the first floor from which one goes down to the lower floor where the private area of the house is located.
The ground floor ends in the main garden and from a staircase located on the south façade there is access from the street below through the open garage area.
